Product Delivery Manager – Payments

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.
    As a Product Delivery Manager within the Wholesale Payments – Small & Medium Business Product team, you will play a pivotal role in improving and streamlining the delivery of products to customers. Your expertise will help devise efficiencies that ensure successful, timely implementations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  •  Lead product delivery across intake, dependency and release management, operationalization, delivery feasibility, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee change management activities across departments while ensuring compliance with risk, regulatory, and control standards.
  • Manage dependencies and timelines, escalate blockers, and coordinate with internal partners.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews and portfolio planning in partnership with the Product Owner and Domain Portfolio Manager.
  • Maintain thorough documentation: program plans, risks/issues, meeting minutes, and executive reports.
  • Drive strategic analysis, address process gaps, and support leadership in operational readiness.
  • Maintain strong project data hygiene across tools like JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.
  • Collaborate across technology and business domains, maintaining awareness of IT and non-IT deliverables.
  • Represent client-centric thinking to create meaningful product solutions.
  • Escalate and resolve risks/issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with teams responsible for UAT, operations, marketing, communications, and field enablement.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 5+ years in payments, product delivery, or a related domain.
  • Experience in change readiness and operational management.
  • Strong grasp of release management and implementation strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
  • Experienced with external vendor collaboration.
