Product Delivery Manager – Payments
JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Delivery Manager within the Wholesale Payments – Small & Medium Business Product team, you will play a pivotal role in improving and streamlining the delivery of products to customers. Your expertise will help devise efficiencies that ensure successful, timely implementations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead product delivery across intake, dependency and release management, operationalization, delivery feasibility, and performance tracking.
- Oversee change management activities across departments while ensuring compliance with risk, regulatory, and control standards.
- Manage dependencies and timelines, escalate blockers, and coordinate with internal partners.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews and portfolio planning in partnership with the Product Owner and Domain Portfolio Manager.
- Maintain thorough documentation: program plans, risks/issues, meeting minutes, and executive reports.
- Drive strategic analysis, address process gaps, and support leadership in operational readiness.
- Maintain strong project data hygiene across tools like JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Collaborate across technology and business domains, maintaining awareness of IT and non-IT deliverables.
- Represent client-centric thinking to create meaningful product solutions.
- Escalate and resolve risks/issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with teams responsible for UAT, operations, marketing, communications, and field enablement.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years in payments, product delivery, or a related domain.
- Experience in change readiness and operational management.
- Strong grasp of release management and implementation strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
- Experienced with external vendor collaboration.
